Hi, I’m John. I am a first generation Vietnamese American. When my parents came to the United States in the 1990s, my father was obsessed with his first home built PC. Some of my fondest childhood memories was watching him play video games. I would spend hours with him, completely immersed in the world at hand and we would always make an extra save file right before a cutscene. We lived for those “in game movies” as we called them. That enthusiasm for gaming led me down the career path I am on today, which I am grateful.

Outside of game dev, I am an avid rock climber, I love to dance, I edit aesthetic videos, I am a noob DJ, and I dabble in a bit of 2D animation.
